Amos and Verena Lambright and family started Rolling Acres Family Farms LLC in April 2022 with intentions of providing all natural beef, pork and chicken to the general public. They have since added homemade jam, jellies and canned pickles to their line of products.
The beef and pork are processed and package at a USDA certified facility and sold through their ''on the farm store'' or at the Lamar West Side Farmer's Market. They specialize in meat bundles at a discounted price. Or save even more by buying a whole or half beef, or a whole pork.
Nathaniel and Nancy Borntrager and family provide the poultry for Rolling Acres Family Farms. The poultry is grass fed, antibiotics free and no growth hormones.
