We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual, that aligns with our Core Values, to join our team as a Bookkeeping and Social Media Specialist. This unique role combines financial management with digital marketing to support our company’s operations and online presence.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain and update financial records (expenses, income, invoices, etc.) in accounting software.
  • Track invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents for tax filings and audits.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow and budget allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Social Media:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) aligned with the brand voice.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages, and engage with followers.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and social media algorithms.
  • Update Website and create new content for it as needed.
  • Help monitor Google Analytics to keep track of business trends
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
  • Creative skills in content creation and social media marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Previous experience working in a dual role (finance and marketing).
