Chamber Spotlight ~ Golden Business Forms, Inc.

Golden Business Forms, Inc. is a manufacturer of stock and custom business forms, ATM and POS rolls and Laser Checks.  They sell strictly to the forms and promotional products distributor environment. The company was founded in 1972 and purchased in by General Credit Forms, Inc.  Earth City, Missouri in the early 90’s and currently has 40 full-time employees with a variety of manufacturing jobs ranging from Material handler to Machine Operator.  Golden Business Forms offers excellent benefits to their employees who are their greatest assets.
Each company faces their own unique challenges and Golden Business Forms has faced challenges in the area of rapidly changing technology.  As the digital environment changes, they as a receipt company, both forms and rolls, must change product offerings to showcase the need for printed products even as digital receipts become more popular. They have overcome this specific challenge by targeting distributors whose customer bases rely heavy on receipt roll volume. 
The company is very proud of how they have remained competitive in an ever-changing business environment. They attribute that success to hiring and retaining good employees from the Golden City and surrounding areas and are glad they have the opportunity to be a viable employer for the area.

When we asked V.P. of Operations, Mike Flemming about what he sees in the future for Golden Business Forms, his reply was the following.  “Even though the digital age is in full throttle, there will always be a demand for both forms and rolls.  With Corporate backing, Golden is positioned to be a major provider for business products in the Mid-West and surrounding areas.”  When asked about being a part of the Barton County Chamber, Mike added. “As a Barton County resident, it is important to belong to and support the Chamber in an effort improve and grow together.” We appreciate everything that Golden Business Forms does for our community and value them as chamber member.
