Shout Out To Barton County Chamber of Commerce and Lamar Westco’s 
For a Special Donation

Lamar, MO, Economic Security Corporation (ESC) of Southwest Area’s Early Head Start Home Visiting Program appreciates Barton County Chamber of Commerce who facilitated a special donation with Lamar Westco.  We appreciate the generous donation of a twin bed that one of an Early Head Start family is going to receive.  They are very excited at the prospect of having a brand new bed.

Economic Security Corporation’s Early Head Start (EHS) Home Visitor Program is funded by the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) this is a no cost service for pregnant women, infants and toddlers.  EHS offers a Home Visiting Program for pregnant women and children under the age of 3 years.  Families receive bi-weekly or weekly visits in their home with child development specialists.  The visits focus on helping you build your child’s brain through fun child friendly experiences, providing you with information on the latest research regarding early childhood education.  You also have an opportunity every month to meet other parents who have infants and toddlers, just like you and build your network of friends!
