NOW ON THIS DAY THE COUNTY COMMISSION met pursuant to law in the Courthouse in the City of Lamar, MO.
Ben Reed was absent this day

• Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision for the Barton County Chamber of Commerce and approve and authorize the County Distribution Agreement between the County and the Chamber. Mike Davis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
• Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision for the City of Lamar and approve and authorize the County Distribution Agreement between the County and the City. Mike Davis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
• Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision for Cox Barton County Hospital and approve and authorize the County Distribution Agreement between the County and Cox Barton County. Mike Davis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
• Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision for Lamar R-1 School District and approve and authorize the County Distribution Agreement between the County and the School District. Mike Davis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
• Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision for the Barton Health Department and approve and authorize the County Distribution Agreement between the County and the Health Department. Mike Davis seconded the motion. Motion carried.
