NOW ON THIS DAY THE COUNTY COMMISSION met pursuant to law in the Courthouse in the City of Lamar, MO.
- Ben Reed moved to accept the minutes of the December 14, 2020, meeting as read. Jeff Tucker seconded and all agreed.
- Approved December Expenditures
- County Commission met with Joel Dermott, Barton County Health Department. He gave an update on COVID-19.
- County Commission met with Judge David Munton and Circuit Clerk Melinda Maberry and discussed the 2021 28th Judicial Budget.
- Ben Reed motioned to hire Dustin Maberry to do repairs to the Circuit Clerk’s window. Jeff Tucker seconded and all agreed.
- County Commission looked over applications for CARES Act funding.
- Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision and authorize the Distribution of Agreement between the County and the following:
- C-4 Sales/Tractor’s BBQ. Ben Reed seconded the motion. Motion carried.
- Mike Davis moved to approve the Notice of Decision and authorize the Distribution of Agreement between the County and the following:
- Lamar Youth Football, Inc. Ben Reed seconded the motion. Motion carried.
- Ben Reed moved to approve the Notice of Decision and authorize the Distribution of Agreement between the County and the following:
- Barton County Health Department. Jeff Tucker seconded the motion. Motion carried.
- Jeff Tucker moved to approve the Notice of Decision and authorize the Distribution of Agreement between the County and the following:
