Job Summary

  • The Admissions Clerk is responsible for ensuring smooth outpatient and emergency room admits flow. Obtains accurate and complete data on each patient while maintaining the medical record and patient confidentiality. Verifies patient eligibility for all available insurances and obtains and scans of insurance cards at every registration.
