Toddler Show Enter your little one in the Fallfest Toddler Show taking place at the Plaza Theater at noon (Registration starts at 11;30am) $5 entry fee. Boys & Girls ages 2-6. Categories are 2&3 and 4-6. OPEN TO ANYONE (not just locals) Children should dress in a cowboy or cowgirl theme. All proceeds go to fund the Tulip Garden shelter project.
Baby Show: Diaper Only & no hair accessories. Category for each gender 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months and twins. $5 fee. DOWNLOAD FLYER

Re-enactors: Wyatt & His Gang
Featuring shoot-outs throughout the day by Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday and the whole gang! Help our talented re-enactors catch the lawless cowboys as they stroll the downtown square, get deputized and learn about gun safety too! Fun for everyone all day long!
Tasty food and beverages are sold throughout the festival, many are to benefit local non-profit groups, so enjoy the food and support a cause!
Costume Contests & "Best In Theme Booths"
Dress up & be a part of the event! Awards will be given for the best costumes in three age groups: Under 10, 11-18, and Adult. And even our vendors will be able to be a part of the fun as they dress up and decorate their booths to win the "Best In Theme" booth award - a free booth space at the next year's event!
All Festival information can be obtained at the Information booth. The booth will be located on the northwest corner of the courthouse lawn near the bandstand.
Parking at the Festival is free to the public and there are several public parking lots in the area and on-street parking is allowed.

Vendors selling name brands (Mary Kay, Jamberry, etc) will be placed on a FIRST PAY basis (meaning, the person who gets their $$ in first, will secure their place at the event.) Anyone registering second, third, etc - will have their money refunded and be notified by email as soon as possible.
Booths are 12'x12' and are placed in the parallel parking spaces around the square. Booths and tables will NOT be provided. As electricity is limited around the vendor spaces, it will be provided to food vendors for certain but will be available only to a limited number of regular vendor spaces. PLEASE email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need electric for your booth space.
Event staff will be on site starting at 7am on the day of the event. Vendors are welcome to set up early, but no security is provided. All booths must be set up & open by 9am promptly and tear down no earlier than 3pm. There is no rain date for this event and no refund will be given in case of inclement weather.
Vendors will be contacted with event packets no later than 3 days before the event via email. If you do not have an email account you must reach out to the Barton County Chamber of Commerce to obtain your booth location BEFORE the day of the event. Vendor maps will be secured to light posts around the square in case you forget yours and can not figure out where you are located. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT A SPACE RANDOMLY - it is important you set up in the place designated for your booth.
SPECIAL! - Vendors are invited to dress in theme (wild west) and decorate their booths as well. The booth with the vendor who wins "Best In Theme" will be awarded a free booth at next year's event!

We are seeking volunteers to assist with a variety of Fallfest activities. Volunteers are needed to ensure this and any event is a success.
Volunteers are needed for placing and assisting vendors, picking up the square after the event, running our kids area, helping to host entertainment activities and much, much more!
